Who Are We?
In 2025, a group of students and recent alumni in the heart of Atlanta found a shared dream. They wanted to create a local event that exemplified new student and indie game dev as the headliner. They wanted to create a positive scene where game development felt like a viable career. The Georgia Game Development Exposition blossomed from those ideas. Since then, GGX has existed to build connections between passionate Georgia game developers. Annually, this group comes together to take notice of a community bigger than just one person.
